Jay Jay was so knowledgeable and engaged with me with so much respect. I was kept up to date with every part of the build and they even went above and beyond to get me the rest of the equipment that I required that they do not sell without charging an additional fee. Powerhouse build yet cost effective compared to all others in SA. All components top quality and kept cool for durability and longevity. Service from Epic Rigs was top tier. Was able to add to my build and optimise to my preference with professional advice from Epic Rigs. Parts were chosen and ordered , PC built and delivered efficiently as promised. At first I was a bit uncertain on whether I can trust Epic Rigs, but once I started communicating with the vendor it became one of the best retail experiences I have had in a long time. You get to choose your own gaming case and he goes above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant and as effortless as possible. Can't recommend this store enough!
